CEO and Creative Director
Ken Scallon

As Creative Director at Over and Above, Ken brings his unique brand of originality and design knowledge to the team. A force of creativity, his enthusiasm and energy is contagious and encourages everyone to bring their best effort for each and every project.​

He is known for marrying big picture sensibilities with an innate appreciation for detail that allows him the ability to look ahead to ensure every eventuality is covered, pinpointing physical and safety technicalities, lighting opportunities and the most minute logistics beginning right at concept phase.​

Ken’s passions for innovative ideas, culture and design trends are matched by the diversity of international clients and projects, ranging from the US to the Middle East and Asia.

Ken earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior and Exhibition Design from Dublin Institute of Technology and has 25 years’ experience in interiors and exhibitions.

Senior Project Manager
Mary Cryan

With over 18 years’ experience in Project Management Mary has been with Over and Above since 2014. Mary manages the “A to Z” of International Exhibitions for Over and Above.

Mary understands the need for an organised structure and workflow to ensure that your team are aware of all the progress with the Over and Above Studio to ensure that all the needs are being met. Mary is the liaison between the designers in house, your team, the contractors and the Show organisers. Mary has managed the delivery of over 90 exhibition spaces in 2019.

Mary concentrates on the small details to ensure that each Client is fully aware that all their requirements are being met allowing Clients to concentrate on other elements of their business.

Senior Designer & Operations Manager
Elisabet Sierra

Qualified with a degree in Ephemeral Architecture and another in Graphic Design from the National School of Arts and Design of Madrid. She is also qualified with a diploma in Project Management from IBAT College Dublin.

Elisabet comes from a broad design background, ranging from concept design to project management. She has over 20 years’ experience in the design industry, having worked on both design and production of exhibitions and events. Elisabet has the ability to communicate concepts and design clearly and effectively.

Elisabet has attended and helped manage on-site over 200 clients ensuring she has a thorough operational understanding of international exhibitions. Elisabet ensures the safe implementation of your stand, taking into account all local safety regulations, budget constraints, logistics, design aesthetics and any technical requirements.
